• The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the member for whom it is intended.

Terms and Conditions: Electra Cruiser Bikes Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Yamba Bowling Club (Yamba Bowlo), 44 Wooli Street, Yamba NSW 2464.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to financial members of Yamba Bowling Club only.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Managers of the  Yamba Bowlo, Bike Shop Yamba, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition commences at 10:00 am on 13 January 2025 and concludes at 6:00 pm on 7th March 2025.

4. How to Enter

• Members will receive 1 entry for every $10 spent cumulatively in the bars during the competition period.

• Purchases must be made using the member’s card to track spend and generate entries.

• No entries will be accepted for transactions made without a valid member card swipe.

5. Prize Details

• Two (2) Electra Cruiser Bikes valued at over $399 each.

• One bike will be awarded in each draw.

6. Draw Dates and Location

• The first draw an second draw will take place from 6:00 pm on 7th  March 2025

• Both draws will be conducted at Yamba Bowling Club.

7. Prize Draw Process

• Entries will be pooled and a random draw will determine the winners.

• Winners must be present at Yamba Bowling Club during the draw to claim their prize.

• If a winner is not present, a redraw will occur until the prize is claimed.

8. Prize Collection

• Winners will be required to present valid photo identification and their membership card to claim their prize.

• The prize must be collected from Yamba Bowling Club within 14 days of the draw unless otherwise arranged.

9. General Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• By participating, entrants consent to their name and photograph being used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms and conditions.

10. Liability

• The promoter and Bike Shop Yamba are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the competition will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Changes to the Promotion

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
